[Yanel-development] Jetty support

right.

I think it would make sense to merge yanel-servlet into yanel script 
itself and allowing to start jetty as follows:

./yanel.sh start-jetty

whereas the script should first check if MAVEN has been installed and if 
not, will generate a note explaining that
MAVEN needs to be installed first.

Anyone voluteering to do this?
