[Yanel-development] Working Offline and Maven Ant Libs

Hi

I have not found anything re setting offline="true" for the Maven ant libs.

On the other hand if all libs (AND poms) have been retrieved it doesn't 
matter if one is offline, because
the maven ant libs will first check on the local maven repository.

The problem might be if a dependency is missing, e.g. the POM of Jaxen 
/jaxen/jaxen/1.1-beta-10/jaxen-1.1-beta-10.pom
which can be recognized that the build process is issueing a WARNING.

I have added this POM to the Wyona maven repo at 
http://www.wyona.org/maven2/... and now it works.

So please make sure that all dependencies including POM  files are being 
resolvale properly because this
will allow to work offline (build, etc.)
