check your local config files
and replace all sample-repository with realms/yanel-website
in
local.ac-identities-yarep.properties
local.ac-policies-yarep.properties
local.yanel-rti-yarep.properties
local.yarep.properties

after updateing from svn all should work like before ;)
and this should be it
