[Yanel-development] build error endorsed libs

occurred while executing this line:
/home/simon/src/yanel/src/build/build.xml:323: Endorsed lib is missing 
(/opt/apache-tomcat-5.5.20/common/endorsed/xercesImpl-2.7.1.jar). Copy 
lib (build/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/xercesImpl-2.7.1.jar) to Tomcat's 
endorsed directory.

is there a reason why this isn't done automaticaly?
