[Phoenix] Encoding Problems

Hi

I am using Yulup rc5 and somehow XML files with encoding="ISO-8859-1" 
cannot be opened whereas Yulup doesn't really compaling about,
but it just seems to hang with the message "Open Document ..."

Any idea what might be wrong?
