[Phoenix] UniZH sample broken with regard to location paths

Hi

While the static unizh sample you have is broken, the lenya based unizh
publication works like a charm, including css and also with regards to
the null-ns document fragments that lenya adds.

But most of what's in the unizh lenya publication with regards to
Neutron is generated on the fly (xslt stylesheets, style template) I
don't know what it would take to migrate that to yanel. I'd suggest to
test against the (rather minimalistic) wyona website or pictures.

Anyway, the university of zuerich will add neutron support to the next
unicms release - after that one can test against the public unicms
sandbox publication. And, since I have a working local intstallation I
can test and will report errors already today.
