[Phoenix] Editor startup process redesign complete

Hi

Me and Gregor redesigned the editor's startup process today, and the new 
implementation is now finished.

This will enable us to e.g. load local stylesheets and widgets for Atom 
entry editing or to create new documents from local NAR-stored templates.

I've done some testing and found no bugs up until now, but it could 
definitely need some more miles.
