[Phoenix] Added a xpath toolbar

Hi all,

I have added a toolbar to the xml WYSIWYG view that displays the 
current context path and also gives feedback when selecting nodes 
fails. It is also ment to be a general placeholder for methods 
operating on the underlying document source. I can think of 
implementing xpath search functionality and more..;). It's not i18n 
enabled - I will do that as soon as I find time to do so.
