[Phoenix] Switching the style tabs

I think it would be nice the sequence of the style tabs, I mean

WYSIWYG, Source

instead

Source, WYSIWYG

I think this would scare people less ;-)

In case you would agree, the I guess I need to switch this within 
editor.xul, right?
Or anywhere else?
