In fact, I think that after having separated Neutron-Auth from Neutron, 
it doesn't make much sense anymore to call the whole thing exception, 
and act like it is one (it is not really an exception, it's a perfectly 
valid return message for a 401 response).

I.e., I'd like to change the tag names a bit. But it's not a priority 
really.
